MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 86-18630 FOR
POLICE CONFISCATION TRUST ACCOUNT FOR FISCAL YEAR
1986/87 SO AS TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION THEREOF.
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida
hereby adopts the amendment to the operating budget for Police Confiscation Trust
Account, a true and correct listing of which is included and incorporated herein by
reference, and the monies therein be and the same are hereby appropriated as follows:

SUBJECT: POLICE CONFISCATION TRUST ACCOUNT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986/1987
The Administration requests an amendment to the operating budget for the Police
Confiscation Trust Account to appropriate an additional $10,000.00 to be used to purchase
and install accessories for the Marine Patrol Boats (i.e. Brackets, Electronic Equipment, and
Rigging). The additional appropriation will increase the Police Confiscation budget to a
total of $525,974.00 for the fiscal year 1986/87.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION
The Administration recommends that the City Commission adopt the operating budget for
the Police Confiscation Trust Account and appropriate funding.
