A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
AMERICAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC.
FOR THE LEASING OF BLOCK 8 IN SOUTH POINTE
FOR A PARKING LOT. (SOUTH BEACH PARK SUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH desires to lease the
property known as Block 8 in South Pointe, Miami Beach , for a
parking lot ; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended execution of
this lease and the office of the City Attorney has prepared the
lease and approved it as to form,
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, Florida, that the Mayor
shall execute and the City Clerk shall attest to said execution
of the Lease Agreement between AMERICAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
GROUP, INC . and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH , which is attached
hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April , 1987 .
