A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING RESOLUTION 87-18778,
APPROVING BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR POLICE
TRAINING TRUST FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986/87.
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida
hereby adopts the amendment to Resolution 87-18778 the operating budget for Police
Training Trust Fund, a true and correct listing of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and the monies therein be and the same are hereby
appropriated.

SUBJECT: POLICE TRAINING TRUST FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986/87
The Administration requests an amendment to Resolution 87-18778 to the operating budget
for the Police Training Trust Fund for FY 1986/87 to appropriate an additional $10,000 to
provide funds for the education of police personnel at various schools, seminars, conferences
and workshops and for the purchase of Training Operational Supplies (i.e., Ammunition) in
accordance with guidelines established by the Division of Criminal Justice Standards and
Training. The revenue is accrued from funding as provided by F.S.S. 943.25 (8) (a). The
additional appropriation will increase the Police Training Trust Budget to a total of $40,000.
for the Fiscal Year 1986/87.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION
The Administration recommends that the City Commission adopt the proposed operating
budget for FY 1986/87 for the Police Training Trust and appropriate funding.
