A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A THIRD AMENDMENT
TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
AND BORRELI , FRANKEL, BLITSTEIN, A JOINT
VENTURE, AND THOMPSON VENTULETT STAINBACK &
ASSOCIATES, INC. , ARCHI'TE'CP`S_,, FOR
ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING AND RELATED
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE
EXPANSION OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION
CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach ( "City" ) , on May 3, 1985,
entered inrto an Agreement , ( "Agreement" ) with Borsrelli , Frankel,
BLitstein, . a Joint Venture, and Thompson Ventule,tt Stainback &
Asso.cii.ate ,,_ Inc. ( " Architects" ) for Architectural, Engineering
and Related Professional 5.,e ,vi,css r,eltive to . tyhe .expansion of
the Miami Beach Convention Center ; and
WHEREAS, City and Architect have previously amended the
Agreement on June 26 , 1986 (First Amendment) and April 1 , 1987
(Second Amendment ) ; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Architect wish to further amend
the Agreement to provide for changes to the construction drawings
for the food service areas; and
WHEREAS, a Third Amendment has been ;prepared, the City
Manager has recommended execution of the Third Amendment and the

City Attorney has approved it as to form,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, the Mayor and the City clerk
are authorized to execute the Third Amendment to Agreement
