A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MALL IMPROVEMENTS M-2, M-3, M-4,
M-5 DISTRICTS M-2, M-3, M-4 AND M-5.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CI?Y OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Charter of said City,
that on May 6, 1987, at 2:30 p.m., the City Commission would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above designated improvements as to
the acceptance thereof, and no objections having been presented, said
improvements, as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1987
