A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND KUNDE,
SPRECHER , YASKIN & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
CONSULTING AND RELATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
RELATIVE TO THE DESIGN AND RENOVATION OF
OCEAN DRIVE AND 15TH STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has reviewed the Agreement
between the City of Miami Beach and Kunde, Sprecher , Yaskin &
Associates , Inc . , for Consulting and Related Professional
Services relative to the design and renovation of Ocean Drive and
15th Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended execution of the
Agreement and the City Attorney has approved it as to form,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk a r e
authorized to execute the Agreement between the City of Miami
Beach and Kunde , Sprecher , Yaskin & Associates , Inc . for
consulting and related professional services relative to the
design and renovation of Ocean Drive and 15th Street .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June , 1987 .
