A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CONCERT ASSOCIATION OF GREATER MIAMI, INC.,
AND THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FOR OFFICE SPACE LOCATED
AT 555 17TH STREET AND AUTHORIZING THE MA"OR TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach is desirous of leasing office space to the Concert
Association of Greater Miami, Inc., at 555 17th Street; and
WHEREAS, the Concert Association of Greater Miami, Inc., is desirous of leasing said
space from the City of Miami Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City of Miami Beach Commission approves the attached
lease agreement and authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
