RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF A SPECIAL
REVENUE FUND FOR CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED FROM THE
"WISH BOOK" .
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has developed and transmitted a
"Wish Book" soliciting donations to support worthwhile activities of
the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach wishes to
insure that such contributions are spent in accordance with the intent
of the doners;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Commission of the City
of Miami Beach establishes a special revenue fund to receive contributions
donated through the "Wish Book" and that a procedure be established to
insure their expenditure in accordance with the doners intent.
