A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 86-18630 FOR
POLICE CONFISCATION TRUST ACCOUNT FOR FISCAL YEAR
1986/87 SO AS TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION THEREOF.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED THAT THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA hereby
adopts the proposed amendment to Resolution 86-18630 of the
operating budget for the Police Confiscation Trust Account, a true
and correct listing of which is included and incorporated herein by
reference, and the monies therein be and the same are hereby
appropriated as follows (Exhibit I):

SUBJECT: POLICE CONFISCATION TRUST ACCOUNT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986/1987
The Administration requests an amendment to Resolution 86-18630 to the operating budget
of the Police Confiscation Trust Account to appropriate an additional $29,805.00 to be used
for the purchase of four (4) ATC Froutrax 4 X 4 Model TRX350D Vehicles and one (1)
Transport Vehicle. The additional appropriation will increase the Police Confiscation
Budget to a total of $730,164.62 for the fiscal year 1986/87.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION
The Administration recommends that the City Commission adopt the operating budget for
the Police Confiscation Trust Account and appropriate funding.
