A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, A LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH JEFFCO, INC., AND DMD, INC., A JOINT VENTURE D/B/A
CHINA CLUB, FOR THE LEASE OF PARKING SPACES AT
METERED PARKING LOT P-14, AT COLLINS AVENUE AND
15TH STREET, BETWEEN 6:15 P.M. AND 5:00 A.M.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach seeks to enter into
the Lease Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference, for
the lease of parking spaces in Metered Parking Lot P-14, at Collins Avenue and 15th Street;
and
WHEREAS, the Administration recommends such action and the City Attorney
has approved the Lease Agreement as to form.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor be and the same is hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, the Lease Agreement with Jeffco, Inc., and
DAVID, Inc., a Joint Venture d/b/a China Club, attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
