A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 86-18630 FOR
POLICE CONFISCATION TRUST ACCOUNT FOR FISCAL YEAR
1986/87 SO AS TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION THEREOF.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED THAT THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA hereby
adopts the proposed amendment to Resolution 86-18630 of the
operating budget for the Police Confiscation Trust Account, a true
and correct listing of which is included and incorporated herein by
reference, and the monies therein be and the same are hereby
appropriated as follows (Exhibit I):

aforementioned proposed request for expenditures from the City of Miami Beach,
Police Confiscation Trust Fund, for the amendment to the operating budget to
provide funds for the purchase of six (6) Model M86 SR Sniper Rifles and ten (10) sets
of Tactical Lights, complies with the provisions of Section 932.704(3)(a), Florida
Statutes.

POLICE CONFISCATION TRUST ACCOUNT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986/1987
The Administration requests an amendment to Resolution 86-18630 to the operating budget
of the Police Confiscation Trust Account to appropriate an additional $16,500.00 to be used
for the purchase of six (6) Model M86 SR Sniper Rifles and ten (10) sets of Tactical Lights.
The additional appropriation will increase the Police Confiscation Budget to a total of
$746,664.62 for the fiscal year 1986/87.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION
The Administration recommends that the City Commission adopt the operating budget for
the Police Confiscation Trust Account and appropriate funding.
