A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 87-18988 FOR
POLICE CONFISCATION TRUST ACCOUNT FOR FISCAL YEAR
1987/88 SO AS TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION THEREOF.
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida hereby adopts the proposed amendment to
Resolution 87-18988 for the Police Confiscation Trust Account, a
true and correct listing of which is included and incorporated herein
by reference, and the monies therein be and the same are hereby
appropriated as follows (Exhibit I):

POLICE CONFISCATION TRUST ACCOUNT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987/1988
The Administration requests an ammendment to Resolution 87-18988 to the operating
budget of the Police Confiscation Trust Account to appropriate an additional $35,000.00 to
be used to replenish funds in the Imprest Checking Account. The additional appropriation
will increase the Police Confiscation Budget to $274,383.00 for the fiscal year 1987/88.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION
The Administration recommends that the City Commission adopt the operating budget for
the Police Confiscation Trust Account and appropriate funding.
