A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA ;
AMENDING THE GRANT AGREEMENTS FOR PINE
TREE PARK AND REBECCA TOWERS MINI — PARK
EXTENDING THE COMPLETION DATES TO
DECEMBER 31, 1988.
WHEREAS , The City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
entered into the Project Agreements known as Pine Tree Park and
Rebecca Towers Mini -Park on April 3 , 1987 with the State of
Florida Department of Natural Resources; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach and
the State of Florida Department of Natural Resources for the
mutual covenants of each have agreed on October 21, 1987 to amend
the Project Agreement .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, to amend the Pine Tree Park and
Rebecca Towers Mini - Park project plans to extend the date of
completion from on or before December 31 , 1987 , to on or before
December 31, 1988 .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of October , 1987 .
