A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING MIAMI
BEACH MARINE AUTHORITY ' S RECOMMENDATION TO
APPROVE AN EXTENSION INTO THE WATERWAY AT THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1350 STILLWATER DRIVE , MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA :
WHEREAS , the Marine Authority of the City of Miami Beach
Florida unanimously approved an extension into the waterway of a 4 x
65 ft . walkway to a 12 x 20 ft . rectangular shaped timber dock, into
Biscayne Bay.
WHEREAS , the Marine Authority of the City of Miami Beach
believes that allowing said extension into the waterway would not be
detrimental to the surrounding areas ; and
WHEREAS , the Marine Authority of the City of Miami Beach
feels wholeheartedly this extension into the waterway should also be
approved by the City Commission .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA THAT the City Commission adopt the
Miami Beach Marine Authority ' s recommendation and grant an extension into
the waterway of a 4 x 65 f t . walkway to a 12 x 20 f t . rectangular shaped
timber dock at the property located at 1350 Stillwater Drive , Miami
Beach , Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th day of February , 1987 .
