A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE DATES OF HEARINGS RE. PROPOSED
AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE; Resetting hearing
called by Resolution No. 87-19063 re. consideration of
changes in zoning ordinance relating to historic preservation
from 2:15 p.m. January 6, 1988, to 5:00 p.m. ; and resetting
hearing called by Resolution No. 87-19064 re. consideration
of changes in the zoning ordinance relating to historic pre-
servation as proposed by the Miami Design Preservation League
from 2:30 p.m January 6, 1988, to 5:30 p.m. January 6 , 1988.
WHEREAS, the City Commission on November 4, 1987, called a public hearing
on January 6, 1988, at 2:15 p.m. to consider the recommendation of the
Planning Board relative to an amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 1891 relating
to historic preservation, and
WIEREAS, the City Commission on November 4, 1987, also called a hearing on
January 6, 1988, to consider a proposed amendment to Zoning Ordinance No.
1891 as proposed by the Miami Design Preservation League, and
WHEREAS, said League has requested that the times of the hearings be changed
from 2:15 p.m, and 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. respectively, on
January 6, 1988,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CONHISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the hearings heretofore scheduled by Resolution Nos.
87-19063 and 87-19064 be changed accordingly, and the new times of 5:00 p.m.
and 5:15 p.m. be respectively ascribed to same.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of November, !87.
