A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND ARBAB
ENGINEERING , INCORPORATED , FOR
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE
SHORELINE RESTORATION PROJECT AT THE MIAMI
BEACH MARINA
WHEREAS, the City Administration, through the Department of
Purchasing and Property Management issued a Request for
Proposals (RFP 157-86/87) for Professional Engineering Services
Agreement to provide shoreline restoration at the Miami Beach
Marina; and
WHEREAS, a Proposal was received from Arbab Engineering,
Incorporated; and
WHEREAS, an appropriate Professional Engineering Services
Agreement has been negotiated, the City Manager has recommended
its execution and the City Attorney has approved it as to form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the Professional Engineering
Services Agreement attached hereto between the City of Miami
Beach and Arbab Engineering, Incorporated for the design,
construction specifications and supervision of the shoreline
restoration project at the Miami Beach Marina.
