A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE USE OF THE LINCOLN
ROAD MALL RIGHT-OF-WAY ON JANUARY 16, 1988, FOR THE
PURPOSE OF HOLDING THE 1ST ANNUAL DECO ECHO ARTIST
BALL.
WHEREAS, the Deco Echo Artist Ball Committee received funding from the
VCA/Special Events Committee for the purpose of holding an event on Lincoln Road Mall
during the Art Deco Weekend; and
WHEREAS, a condition of the funding received was approval of the use of the Lincoln
Road Mall right-of-way; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach is desirous of granting the use of the Lincoln
Road Mall right-of-way to the Deco Echo Artist Ball Committee for the purpose of holding
the 1st Annual Deco Echo Artist Ball.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City of Miami Beach Commission grants the approval
for the use of the Lincoln Road Mall right-of-way on January 16, 1988, for the purpose of
holding the 1st Annual Deco Echo Artist Ball.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of December 1987.
