A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH INDICATING ITS
SUPPORT OF JUDGE JEFFREY ROSINEK AND ITS
DESIRE TO RETAIN JUDGE ROSINEK AS THE
COUNTY COURT JUDGE IN MIAMI BEACH.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach is
fully supportive of Judge Jeffrey Rosinek and recognizes Judge
Rosinek ' s high degree of judicial competence.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
would like to indicate its support and express to the Chief Judge
of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Dade County, Florida,
its desire to have Judge Rosinek remain the Dade County Court
Judge in Miami Beach.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that Miami Beach indicates its support of
Judge Jeffrey Rosinek and its desire to retain Judge Rosinek as
the County Court Judge in Miami Beach.
