A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDED REVOCABLE
PERMIT, AMENDING THE PERMIT DATED OCTOBER 15,
1987 TO ADD TO THE PRIOR PERMIT CONCRETE
BRICK-FACED PILLARS WITH ORNAMENTAL LIGHTS
IN A PORTION OF THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF
SOUTH HIBISCUS DRIVE.
WHEREAS , the City of Miami Beach ( "City" ) executed a
revocable permit on October 15 , 1987 , in favor of Marilyn
Rubinson of 111 South Hibiscus Drive, pursuant to Resolution No.
87-19003 , to allow for construction of a driveway in the City
right of way of South Hibiscus Drive; and
WHEREAS, Marilyn Rubinson has requested the revocable permit
be amended for the purpose of adding concrete brick-faced pillars
with ornamental lighting in a portion of the City right-of-way of
South Hibiscus Drive; and
WHEREAS , the City Manager recommends granting the amended
revocable permit and the City Attorney has approved it as to
form; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute the amended revocable permit attached hereto, for the
purpose of construction of a Brick driveway including concrete
brick-faced pillars with ornamental lighting in a portion of the
City right-of-way of South Hibiscus Drive .
