A RESOLUTION RECONFIRMING AND REESTABLISHING THE
HEALTH ADVISORY BOARD OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
AS CREATED BY RESOLUTION NO . 84-17626 , AS ITS OWN
ENTITY IN ADDITION TO PROVISION THEREFOR TN SECTION
8 OF THE CITY CHARTER.
Whereas , the City Manager has expressed the view that there is a need
for a Health Advisory Board for the City of Miami Beach , and
Whereas , Resolution No. 84-17626 was adopted to provide for the creation
of the Board as established in Section 8 of the City Charter ,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Health Advisory Board of the City of Miami Beach, Florida ,
created by by Resolution No . 84-17626 be and the same is reconfirmed
and reestablished as its own entity,,with all provisions of Resolution
No . 84-17626 being in full force and effect .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of January , 1988 .
