A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-17629 ,
ESTABLISHING THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH HUMAN
RELATIONS COMMITTEE , BY INCREASING NUMBER OF CLERGY
MEMBERS APPOINTED BY MAYOR FROM FIVE TO SEVEN , THEREBY
INCREASING TOTAL MEMBERSHIP OF THE COMMITTEE FROM NINETEEN
TO TWENTY-ONE , EFFECTIVE February 1 , 1988 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That Resolution No . 84-17629 establishing the City of Miami Beach,
Human Relations Committee , be amended.by increasing the number
of clergy members appointed by the Mayor from five to seven, thereby in-
creasing the total membership of the committee from nineteen to twenty-one .
SECTION 2 : That all remaining sections of Resolution NO. 84-17629 remain
in full force and effect, except that increase shall be effective
February 1 , 1988
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 1988.
