A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO RENEW THE
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH AND THE MIAMI BEACH
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE PERIOD OF
FEBRUARY 1 , 1988 , THROUGH JANUARY 31 ,
1989 .
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach and the Miami Beach
Redevelopment Agency entered into an agreement for managerial and
administrative services on January 28 , 1985 ; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that the agreement be renewed
for one ( 1) year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor is authorized
to renew the agreement between the City of Miami Beach and the
Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency dated January 28 , 1985 , for the
period of one ( 1 ) year from February 1 , 1988 , through January 31 ,
1989 .

SUBJECT: RENEWAL OF 404 AGEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
At the City Commission Meeting of January 23 , 1985 , an agreement
was entered into between the City of Miami Beach and
Redevelopment Agency (copy attached) . This agreement arranged
for compensation to the City of Miami Beach in exchange for
managerial and administrative services provided by City personnel
to the Redevelopment Agency.
This Agreement should be renewed on an annual basis through
January 31 , 1989 .
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION
The Administration recommends that the attached Resolution
renewing the Management Agreement between the City of Miami Beach
and Redevelopment Agency from February 1 , 1988 , through January
31 , 1989 , be approved.
