A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE ABANDONMENT
OF AN EXISTING FIVE (5) FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED
ALONG THE NORTH FIVE (5) FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK 2,
AMENDED PLAT OF SECOND OCEANFRONT SUBDIVISION,
PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE
COUNTY, FLORIDA (5880 COLLINS AVENUE, LARIVE GAUCHE
CONDOMINIUM)
WHEREAS, the abandonment, vacation, disclaimer, and surrender of the subject
property is deemed to be non-injurious to the interest of the City of Miami Beach and its
citizens; and
WHEREAS, the Public Services Department of the City of Miami Beach
recommends the City abandon said unoccupied five (5) foot utility easement; and
WHEREAS, all of the utility companies, together with the Florida Department of
Transportation have stated no objections in writing to the City of Miami Beach to the
proposed abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA authorizes the abandonment of an existing five (5) foot utility
easement located along the north property line of Lot 19, Block 2, Amended Plat of
Second Oceanfront Subdivision, Plat Book 28, Page 28, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, 5880 Collins Avenue, in accordance with the attached ketch.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of Feb. , 1988.
