SUBJECT: Motion by the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee
This Letter to Commission transmits a motion made at its June 18th meeting by the Affordable
Housing Advisory Committee.
The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee supports the City's purchase of the
multifamily property located at 795 81st St. Miami Beach, FL, 33141 in the amount of
$1,050,000.00 for use as affordable housing.
The motion was made by Allison Stone, seconded by Matthew Land and approved unanimously
by the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee with the recusal of Daniel Veitia:
