A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE SURFSIDE BEACH
HOTEL FOR THE USE OF VACANT CITY PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 8600-8640 COLLINS AVENUE
WHEREAS, Surfside Beach Hotel has requested a revocable
permit for the use of the vacant City property located at 8600-
8640 Collins Avenue for parking vehicles during a special event
at the hotel ; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends granting the revocable
permit and the City Attorney has approved the permit as to form;
and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it to be in the best interest
of the City to grant said permit for promoting tourism and
recreational activities in Miami Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the revocable permit attached
hereto, for the use of vacant city property at 8600-8640 Collins
Avenue for the period commencing February 4 , 1988 and terminating
on February 6, 1988 .
