A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, URGING THE OWNERS OF COUNCIL TOWERS NORTH AND SOUTH TO
MEMORIALIZE MAX SERCHUK, AN OUTSTANDING CITIZEN, WHO WAS
DEDICATED IN IMPROVING OUR COMMUNITY, BY RENAMING THE NORTH
BUILDING "MAX SERCHUK COUNCIL TOWERS NORTH".
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
recognizes that Max Serchuk was an outstanding citizen who improved our
community and devoted much of his life to helping the elderly;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that it hereby urges the owners of Council
Towers North and South to memorialize Max Serchuk by renaming the North
building "Max Serchuk Council Towers North".
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1988.
