A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESS PIT
IN A PORTION OF THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE
EASTERLY SIDEWALK OF PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE AT
THE REAR OF THE BLACKSTONE APARTMENTS 800
WASHINGTON AVENUE.
WHEREAS, The Blackstone Hotel Associated, Ltd. a Florida
Limited Partnership and The Related Companies of Florida, Inc. ,
as General Partner, 2100 Coral Way, PH-1, Miami, Florida 33145
have requested a revocable permit (attached hereto) for the
purpose of construction of an access pit in a portion of the City
right-of-way of Pennsylvania Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends granting the revocable
permit and the City Attorney has approved it as to form; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute the revocable permit attached hereto, for the purpose
of construction of an access pit in a portion of the City right-
of-way of Pennsylvania Avenue.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March , 1988 .
