A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
REAL ESTATE ECONOMICS AND PLANNING ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH
ZHA, INC., FOR A MIAMI BEACH TRANSIT SYSTEM FEASIBILITY STUDY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
THAT
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach ("City") issued a Request for Proposal 23-
87/88 for a Transit System Feasibility Study by a Real Estate Economics and Planning
Assistance Firm; and
WHEREAS, ZHA, Inc. ("Consultant") submitted a proposal in response to the
City's Request for Proposals; and
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant have negotiated an agreement, and the
agreement has been recommended by the City Manager and approved as to form by the City
Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute
a Real Estate Economics and Planning Assistance Agreement with ZHA, Inc., for a Miami
Beach Transit System Feasibility Study.
