A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH FLORIDA FURNITURE EXHIBITORS,
INC. FOR THE USE OF HALL D OF THE MIAMI BEACH
CONVENTION CENTER FEBRUARY 1-8, 1989 .
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the Cityof Miami
Florida, has been advised that Beach,
FLORIDA FURNITURE EXHIBITORS, INC.
desires to lease certain premises and facilities of
the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit :
HALL D OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
on
FEBRUARY 1-8, 1989
for the event known as
FLORIDA FURNITURE SHOW (TRADE SHOW)
AND WHEREAS, an appropriate lease agreement has been
prepared by the Miami Beach Convention Centere
Director and
approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of
the said lease
agreement and deems it to be in the best interest of the Cityto
authorize the execution of the said lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the
Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
above-
described lease agreement the, g on behalf of the City, and that the
Miami Beach Convention Center Director be and he is
hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
