A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A REVOCABLE PERMIT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND ONELIO M.
LOPEZ FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF AN ENTRY GATE
AND CHAIN LINK FENCE IN A PORTION OF THE
RIGHT-OF-WAY OF LENOX AVENUE AND 9th STREET.
(846 Lenox Avenue, Lot 1, Block 122, Lenox Manor Sub-
division)
WHEREAS, the City, wishes to execute a Revocable Permit
between the City of Miami Beach and Onelio M. Lopez for the
maintenance of a fence and entry gate in a portion of the right.-
of-way
ight,-of-way of Lenox Avenue and 9th Street; and
WHEREAS, a Revocable Permit has been prepared and the City
Manager has recommended its execution and the City Attorney has
approved it as to form.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the Revocable Permit for the maintenance of

Sub-division)
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of April , 1988 .
