A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AMENDMENT #1 TO PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH PARSONS BRINCKERHOFF QUADS & DOUGLAS, INC. FOR A MIAMI
BEACH TRANSIT SYSTEM FEASIBILITY STUDY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
THAT
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach ("City") and Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade &
Douglas, Inc. ("Consultant") entered into an agreement dated February 4, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant desire to amend the terms set forth
therein, to better reflect the status of personnel who are serving the consultant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute
Amendment #1 to the professional services agreement with Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade &
Douglas, Inc., for a Miami Beach Transit Feasibility Study.
