A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENGAGING THE FIRM OF TOUCHE
ROSS AND COMPANY FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE CITY'S
FISCAL YEARS 1988 AND 1989 FINANCIAL AUDITS AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE ENGAGEMENT
LETTER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach is desirous of engaging the firm of Touche Ross
and Company for the completion of the City's financial audits for the fiscal years 1988 and
1989; and
WHEREAS, Touche Ross and Company have provided audit services for the City in the
past and are desirous of continuing the audit services for fiscal years 1988 and 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City of Miami Beach City Commission authorizes the
engagement of Touche Ross and Company to complete the City's financial audits for the
fiscal years ending September 30, 1988 and 1989, and authorizes the Mayor to execute the
engagement letter on behalf of the City of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of April 1988.
