A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A REVOCABLE PERMIT
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION OF A TENNIS COURT, FENCE, AND WOOD
DECK IN A PORTION OF THE CITY 10 FT. UTILITY EASEMENT AT 2501 BAY
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. James and Lidia Resnick, 2501 Bay Avenue, Miami
Beach, Florida 33140 have requested a revocable permit (attached hereto) for
the purpose of construction of a tennis court, fence, and wood deck in a
portion of the City 10 ft. utility easement at 2501 Bay Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends granting the revocable permit and
the City Attorney has approved it as to form; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the revocable
permit attached hereto, for the purpose of construction of a tennis court,
fence, and wood deck in a portion of the City 10 ft. utility easement at 2501
Bay Avenue.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of June , 1988.
