A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT WITH
BROADCAST MUSIC, INC. , EXTENDING THE TERM
OF THE AGREEMENT TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1989.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach entered into an agreement
with Broadcast Music, Inc. for the payment of royalty fees
(hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") .
WHEREAS, the parties wish to extend the term of the
Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to enter into an Extension Agreement with
Broadcast Music, Inc. , extending the term of the Agreement
between Broadcast Music, Inc. , and City of Miami Beach to
September 30, 1989.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 13th day of July , 1988 .
