A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE
COMPUTERIZED BOX OFFICE CONCESSION
AGREEMENT AT THE JACKIE GLEASON THEATER
OF PERFORMING ARTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH AND TIX—BY—PHONE OF MIAMI,
INC. , TO BASS TICKETS, INC.
WHEREAS, TIX-BY-PHONE, INC. , has requested the City of Miami
Beach to approve an assignment its computerized ze-� box office

concession at the Jackie Gleason Theater of Performing Arts to
BASS TICKETS, INC. ; and
WHEREAS, the Concession Agreement dated January 21, 1988
provides that the agreement may not be assigned without the
consent of the City; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission
approves the assignment of the computerized box office Concession
at the Jackie Gleason Theater of Performing Arts from Tix-By-
Phone, Inc. , to Bass Tickets, Inc. , and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute the attached consent.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 27th day of July , 1988 .
