A RESOLUTION RESCINDING AUTHORITY FOR THE SIGNING
OF WITHDRAWAL FORMS ON FUNDS IN SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATIONS IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH (RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 85-18306)
WHEREAS, the City no longer maintains accounts at Savings and
Loan Institutions and has closed all accounts at Savings and Loan Institutions
in the City of Miami Beach,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution No. 85-18306 providing
authority for the signing of withdrawal
forms on funds in Savings and Loan As-
sociations in the City of Miami Beach be
and the same is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2: This Resolution is effective the 7th day
of September, 1988

FUNDS IN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIONS IN THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH (RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-18306)
The City no longer maintains accounts at Savings and Loan
Institutions. Accounts authorized in Resolution No. 85-18306
have been closed and we do not anticipate opening new accounts
at Savings and Loan Associations.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION
The Administration recommends that the City Commission approve
the attached Proposed Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 85-18306.
