A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A REVOCABLE
PERMIT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION OF A
STAMPED CONCRETE DRIVEWAY IN A PORTION OF THE
CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF PINE TREE DRIVE.
WHEREAS, Frosene Sanderling of 4403 Pine Tree Drive, has
requested a revocable permit (attached hereto) for the purpose of
construction of a Stamped Concrete driveway in a portion of the
City right-of-way of 4403 Pine Tree Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends granting the revocable
permit and the City Attorney has approved it as to form;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute the revocable permit attached hereto, for the purpose
of construction of a Stamped Concrete driveway in a portion of
the City right-of-� TV1iay of Pine Tree Drive.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of September 1988.
