A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A REVOCABLE
PERMIT FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTENANCE OF A
CARPORT IN A PORTION OF THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
OF 333 SOUTH HIBISCUS DRIVE, HIBISCUS ISLAND.
WHEREAS, Stanley and Jill Arkin of 333 South Hibiscus Drive,
Hibiscus Island, have requested a revocable permit (attached
hereto) for the purpose of maintenance of a carport in a portion
of the City right-of-way of 333 South Hibiscus Drive, Hibiscus
Island; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends granting the revocable
permit and the City Attorney has approved it as to form;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute the revocable permit attached hereto, for the purpose
of maintenance of a carport in a portion of the City right-of way
of 333 South Hibiscus Drive, Hibiscus Island.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of September , 1988 .
