A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A VIDEO
BILLBOARD AGREEMENT WITH N SQUARED PRODUCTIONS,
LTD. FOR THE USE OF HALLS C AND D IN THE STEPHEN
MUSS CONVENTION CENTER OCTOBER 24-NOVEMBER 8,
1988 .
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
N SQUARED PRODUCTIONS, LTD.
desires the right to set up Video Billboard equipment in certain
premises and facilities of the City of Miami Beach, to-wit:
HALLS C AND D IN THE STEPHEN MUSS CONVENTION CENTER
on
OCTOBER 24-NOVEMBER 8, 1988
for the event known as
SOUTH FLORIDA AUTO SHOW
AND WHEREAS, an appropriate Video Billboard contract has
been prepared by the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and
approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said Video
Billboard contract and deems it to be in the best interest of the
City to authorize the execution of the said Video Billboard
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described Video Billboard contract on behalf of the City, and
that the Miami Beach Convention Center Director be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of November , 1988 .
