A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A LEASE FOR THE 6TH
STREET COMMUNITY CENTER FOR THE OPERATION OF A HOT
MEALS PROGRAM WITH THE JEWISH VOCATIONAL SERVICES
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE LEASE ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach recognizes the need for a Hot Meals Program at
the 6th Street Community Center; and,
WHEREAS, Jewish Vocational Services desires to use the Center for the purposes of a
Hot Meals Program.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City of Miami Beach City Commission
approves the attached lease between the City of Miami Beach and Jewish Vocational
Services for the 6th Street Community Center and authorizes the Mayor to execute the
lease on behalf of the City of Miami Beach.
