A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONCESSION
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND
BEACH BOYS, INC. FOR RENTAL OF BEACH
EQUIPMENT, WATER RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT WITH
FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE AT THE 72ND STREET,
OCEAN TERRACE PARK
WHEREAS, the City Administration, through the Department of
Purchasing and Property Management, solicited a Request for
Proposal (93-87/92) for the Operation of Concessions at the 72nd
Street, Ocean Terrace Park;
and
WHEREAS, a Proposal was received from Beach Boys, Inc. ;
and
WHEREAS, a Concession Agreement has been recommended by the
City Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the Concession Agreement between the
City of Miami Beach and Beach Boys, Inc. for Rental of Beach
Equipment, Water Recreational Equipment, with Food and Beverage
Service at the 72nd Street, Ocean Terrace Park.
