A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ELECTRICAL
CONTRACT WITH EDLEN ELECTRICAL EXHIBITION
SERVICES, INC. FOR THE USE OF HALL A IN THE
STEPHEN MUSS CONVENTION CENTER JANUARY 31-
FEBRUARY
1-
FEBRUARY 9, 1989.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
EDLEN ELECTRICAL EXHIBITION SERVICES, INC.
desires the right to set up electrical equipment in certain
premises and facilities of the City of Miami Beach, to-wit:
HALL A IN THE STEPHEN MUSS CONVENTION CENTER
on
JANUARY 31-FEBRUARY 9, 1989
for the event known as
THE ORIGINAL MIAMI BEACH ANTIQUE SHOW
AND WHEREAS, an appropriate electrical contract has been
prepared by the Stephen Muss Convention Center Director and
approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said electrical
contract and deems it to be in the best intPrest of theCity to
authorize the execution of the said electrical contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described electrical contract on behalf of the City, and that the
Stephen Muss Convention Center Director be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of January , 19 89 .
