A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH I.B.S. FLEA MARKETS, INC. FOR THE
USE OF HALL D IN THE STEPHEN MUSS CONVENTION
CENTER MARCH 16-26, 1990.
WHEREAS,
the CityCommission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
I.B.S. FLEA MARKETS, INC.
premises to lease
certain and facilities of the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit:
HALL D IN THE STEPHEN MUSS CONVENTION CENTER
on
MARCH 16-26, 1990
for the event known as
I.B.S. FLEA MARKETS, INC.
AND an
WHEREAS, appropriate lease agreement has been
p
prepared by the Stephen Muss Convention Center Director and
approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
City WHEREAS, the
Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease
agreement and
deems it to be in the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of the said lease agreement.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they
are herebyauthorized and directed to execute the above-
described lease agreement on behalf of the City, and that the
Stephen Muss
Convention Center Director be and he is hereby
authorized and
directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
