RESOLUTION 89-19550 RESOLUTION NO. 89-19550 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING BOARD TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1891, THE SAME BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO (1) THE RH HOSPITAL DISTRICT REGULATIONS BY AMENDING THE LIST OF PERMITTED ACCESSORY HOSPITAL FACILITIES AND ADDING REGULATIONS FOR MASTER PLANS FOR HOSPITAL DEVELOPMENT; (2) AMENDING THE DEFINITIONS OF "HOSPITAL", "HOSPITAL—BASED PHYSICIAN", AND "HOSPITAL STAFF"; (3) AMENDING THE OFF STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICES AND CLINICS; AND (4) INCLUDING THE RH HOSPITAL DISTRICTS UNDER THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD PROCESS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT, WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Miami Beach held public hearings on February 9, 1989 ; February 21, 1989 ; and February 28, 1989 and recommended approval of amended Zoning Regulations pertaining to hospitals; WHEREAS, said action of the Planning Board has been duly transmitted to the City Commission pursuant to Section 17 . Changes and Amendments to Zoning Ordinance No. 1891. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing for consideration of the aforementioned proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance is hereby called to be held before the City Commission in its chambers on the Third Floor of City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, beginning at 2 p.m. on the 5th day of April , 1989, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish in a newspaper of general circulation of the City of Miami Beach, at which time and place all interested parties will be heard.
