A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A BOOTH
CLEANING CONTRACT WITH ALLIED CONVENTION
SERVICES FOR THE USE OF HALL B IN THE STEPHEN
MUSS CONVENTION CENTER MARCH 15-20, 1989 .
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
ALLIED CONVENTION SERVICES
desires to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit:
HALL B IN THE STEPHEN MUSS CONVENTION CENTER
on
MARCH 15-20, 1989
for the event known as
WINN DIXIE FESTIVAL OF FOODS
AND WHEREAS, an appropriate Booth Cleaning contract has been
prepared by the Stephen Muss Convention Center Director and
approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said Booth Cleaning
contract and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of the said Booth Cleaning contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described Booth Cleaning contract on behalf of the City, and that
the Stephen Muss Convention Center Director be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
