BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, tis hereby established a half-year tennis permit fee for the
Flamingo Phekre and North Shorea�fennis Centers, in accordance with the Commission
Memorandum hereby attached and made a part thereof. (Commission Memorandum #229-89)

SUBJECT: ESTABLISHMENT OF HALF-YEAR TENNIS PERMITS - APRIL THROUGH SEPTEMBER
The Sports Committee, at its April 13 meeting , in order to generate more usage
and additional revenue at the Flamingo and North Shore Tennis Centers,
unanimously recommended the establishment of a half-year tennis permit.
Effective period to be April 1 through September 30. Permit- fee would be
one-half of annual permit fee.
