A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND
NORMAN LITZ AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY
WHEREAS, Norman Litz, Convention Center Director, has notified
the City of his impending retirement as of June 1, 1989 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of retaining Mr. Litz to provide
for administrative services at the Stephen Muss Convention Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City of Miami Beach City
Commission approves the attached Agreement between the City of
Miami Beach and Norman Litz, an independent contractor, and
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement on
behalf of the City of Miami Beach.
