I-395 PHASE 1
Phase 1 work will include the construction of the eastbound and westbound outside
local lanes. Once constructed, traffic will be shifted to outside local lanes.

Phase 2 work will include the construction of mainline I-395 in the center.

I-395 PHASE 3
Phase 3 work will see the final completion and opening of I-395 and the communal areas
under the bridges.
