A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING RESULTS OF
PERSONNEL BOARD ELECTION, GROUP TWO EMPLOYEES,
HELD ON JULY 18, 1989
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Commission of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Clerk and Inspectors who
conducted the Election held on July 18, 1989 for the purpose of electing a
Regular member of Group Two of the City employees to serve on the Personnel
Board; and
WHEREAS, the said City Commission has examined said certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of said
City that it hereby adopts the said certificate as the result of said
Election, and does hereby declare the member from Group Two elected to the
Personnel Board, as follows:
GROUP TWO: RUTH WOODS (Elected by 68 votes out of 83 votes taken) .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 26th day of July , 1989.

83 BALLOTS WERE TAKEN
CASEY O'HARRA received 15 votes
RUTH WOODS received 68 votes
VOID BALLOTS 0
RUTH WOODS having received the highest number of votes
was elected to serve on this Board until midnight
July 31, 1992.
