A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF BOOTH
CLEANING CONTRACT WITH LANHAM'S CLEANING SERVICES,
FOR THE USE OF HALLS A AND B IN THE MIAMI BEACH
CONVENTION CENTER APRIL 3 - 9, 1990.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
LANHAM'S CLEANING SERVICES, INC.
desires the right to set up cleaning equipment in certain premises
and facilities of the City of Miami Beach, to-wit:
HALLS A AND B IN THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
on
APRIL 3 - 9, 1990
for the event known as
U.S. EXOTIC CAR SHOW
AND WHEREAS, an appropriate Contract has been prepared by the
Miami Beach Convention Center Director and approved as to form by
the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of and is familiar
with the terms and provisions of the said booth cleaning contract
and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of the said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described booth cleaning contract on behalf of the City, and that
the Miami Beach Convention Center Director be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.

execution by the City and forward to the City Manager for
presentation to the City Commission.
